Nashville’s hotel demand is growing nearly three times faster than the city’s hotel supply. This year’s occupancy rate is up 3.2% year over year. Hotels also generated about $1.5 billion in room revenue, a 5.9% increase.
The Labor Day weekend was a huge boost, with countywide room demand up nearly 10% across the four-day holiday.
