Sept 24 (Reuters) – Drug developer City Therapeutics filed for an initial public offering in the US on Thursday.
The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company plans to sell new shares in the IPO.
City Therapeutics will list on the Nasdaq under the symbol “CTY.”
Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, Stifel and Oppenheimer are the underwriters for the offering.
