Out in Sumner County, a nonprofit shelter will be closed for 2 weeks.
The Humane Society of Sumner County will be closed until November 14th due to a puppy testing positive for Parvovirus. While they’re closed, they’ll be able to monitor all of their dogs. They’re accepting donations now of bleach, latex gloves, shoe covers, gowns, and cans of pure pumpkin puree to help them get through this Parvo scare.
