As the new Nissan Stadium continues to push forward, yesterday, a staple has come down next to the old stadium.
The Shoney’s sign next to the stadium was removed on Wednesday night and was replaced with a PMC parking sign. The red sign had been up there for years, even after the Shoney’s closed and it just became a fun feature in the sky over there. The iconic sign may stay in Nashville and have new-life soon.. but for now, at least, it has a new home outside of Joslin and Son Signs on Murfreesboro Pike.
