I demand a recount! How do we appeal this score on behalf of Buc-ee’s?
The Better Business Bureau just gave our favorite one-stop-shop an “F” rating. Apparently this is because of 88 complaints that haven’t been responded to by the company. In case you were wondering, yes- F is the worst score that you can get on their rating system, just like on a school test. The lack of response to complaints or customer concerns is why they scored this low.
