Parking can be a disaster all around Middle Tennessee, but if you got a boot in early December, you may be owed a refund!
The transportation licensing commission ruled that Nashville Booting LLC was operating without a permit from December 1st to 12th so if they happened to boot your car in that time, they owe you a refund. We have a local hero to thank for this, Nashville resident Steven Knapp. After he and his friends’ cars got booted, he did some research into the permits and filed a complaint.
